Terms of Service.
Effective Date: May 20, 2024 • Agreement for Digital Agent Deployment
01. Acceptance of Neural Terms
By deploying a Digital Agent or accessing the Enterprise Neural Engine, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you are using our services on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these "Aggressive Scale" protocols.
02. License to Deploy
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to deploy our AI agents for commercial support and sales operations. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer the Neural Engine weights
- Use agents for "deepfake" deception or illegal activities
- Attempt to bypass the 400ms latency throttle
03. Ownership of Voice Models
While you own the specific scripts and customer data, all "Neural Soul" architectures, voice synthesis models, and algorithmic improvements derived from aggregate metadata remain the exclusive property of AI Call Center.
04. Limitation of Liability
Our AI is hyper-realistic but not infallible. AI Call Center is not liable for any conversational "hallucinations," missed appointments, or business loss resulting from automated interactions. Use of the service is at your own risk.
Service Termination
We reserve the right to terminate agent access immediately if we detect usage patterns that violate our ethical "Human Soul" guidelines or non-payment of enterprise fees.
