01. Data Collection & Voice Synthesis
To provide hyper-realistic voice experiences, our Enterprise Neural Engine processes audio data and transcripts. We collect information you provide directly to us when deploying agents, including name, email, and company details.
- Voice biometric signatures for agent cloning
- Real-time interaction transcripts
- Technical metadata (latency, IP addresses, browser types)
02. Utilization of Information
Data collected is used exclusively to optimize neural weights, reduce voice latency below 400ms, and ensure human-like empathy in AI responses. We do not sell your data to third-party advertisers. Your enterprise data remains siloed within your instance.
03. Neural Encryption Standards
We employ AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our infrastructure is designed to handle high-concurrency enterprise loads while maintaining strict SOC2 compliance standards.
